Digital Product License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content included in your pack (video clips, photos, and/or written guides) for your own personal or business social media content. You may edit, caption, and repost this content across your own social media accounts. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or re-upload the raw pack files themselves — including uploading them to another content pack, marketplace, or third party — as standalone products. Purchase of a pack does not transfer ownership of the underlying content, only a license to use it.

Payment & No-Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because access is granted immediately, all sales are final once your download link or access has been provided, except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You may not use any product purchased from Ascend Kit for any unlawful purpose, to make misleading or false claims, to impersonate another person or business, or to harass, defraud, or mislead others. Sharing your personal download link or granting access to your purchase to anyone who has not purchased it themselves is prohibited and may result in access being revoked without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Ascend Kit provides content and guidance as-is, with no guarantee of specific results, including but not limited to follower growth, views, engagement, or income. Social media platform algorithms, policies, and features change frequently and are outside our control, and we are not responsible for changes to your account, reach, or standing on any third-party platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascend Kit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
